General Membership

The undersigned hereby offers to subscribe for the capital share as approved by the BOD of Tayyiban Co-Operative Ltd. set forth in this Subscription Agreement. By executing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to comply with the following obligations:

  1. Comply with the Articles of Incorporation, by-laws, policies, and directives of the Board, General Assembly, and authorized bodies. Failure to do so may result in:
    • a) Fine
    • b) Suspension
    • c) Expulsion
  2. Attend all required meetings, conferences, and seminars unless previously excused by the Board.
  3. Participate in the General Membership Program by:
    • a) Subscribing for at least 20 shares (CAD $1000/share, total CAD $20,000) and paying in full.
    • b) Paying a non-refundable registration fee of CAD $100.00 (or as determined by the BOD).
