Subscription Agreement

Tayyiban Co-Operative Ltd.
By signing this Subscription Agreement, I hereby offer to subscribe to the approved capital shares of Tayyiban Co-Operative Ltd. and acknowledge my understanding and commitment to the following obligations:
  1. Compliance

    I agree to abide by the Articles of Incorporation, by-laws, policies set by the Board of Directors and General Assembly, as well as directives issued by duly constituted authorities. Failure to do so may result in fines, suspension, or expulsion from membership at the discretion of Tayyiban Co-Operative. Any outstanding liabilities will be deducted from my shareholdings.

  2. Participation

    I commit to attending all meetings, conferences, and seminars as required by the Board of Directors. Unexcused absences may result in a fine as determined by the Board.

  3. Share Subscription

    As part of the general membership program, I agree to:

    • Subscribe to a minimum of 20 shares, valued at CAD $20,000 (CAD $1,000 per share), and ensure full payment for the subscribed shares.
    • Pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of CAD $100, or an amount determined by the Board.

    By signing below, I acknowledge that I fully understand the provisions of this Agreement, the Articles of Incorporation, and by-laws. I agree to comply with these regulations and accept the imposition of sanctions should I fail to adhere to them.
