Terms and Conditions

Declaration

I hereby apply as a member of Tayyiban Co-Operative Ltd. If admitted, I undertake to accept and abide by the code of conduct, Covenant, Rules & By-laws of the Cooperative and shall endeavor to advance the course of the organization. I certify that the information given on this form is true, correct, and accompanied by accurate payment for my membership application.


Consumer Membership Conditions

The undersigned hereby offers to subscribe for the capital share as approved by the BOD of Tayyiban Co-Operative Ltd. set forth in this Subscription Agreement. By executing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to comply with the following obligations:

  1. Comply with the Articles of Incorporation, by-laws, policies, and directives of the Board, General Assembly, and authorized bodies. Failure to do so may result in:
    • a) Fine
    • b) Suspension
    • c) Expulsion
  2. Attend all required meetings, conferences, and seminars unless previously excused by the Board.
  3. Participate in the Consumer Membership Program by:
    • a) Subscribing for at least 3 share (CAD $1000/share) and paying in full.
    • b) Paying a non-refundable registration fee of CAD $100.00 (or as determined by the BOD).

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms, including the imposition of sanctions for non-compliance.


General Membership Conditions

The undersigned hereby offers to subscribe for the capital share as approved by the BOD of Tayyiban Co-Operative Ltd. set forth in this Subscription Agreement. By executing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to comply with the following obligations:

  1. Comply with the Articles of Incorporation, by-laws, policies, and directives of the Board, General Assembly, and authorized bodies. Failure to do so may result in:
    • a) Fine
    • b) Suspension
    • c) Expulsion
  2. Attend all required meetings, conferences, and seminars unless previously excused by the Board.
  3. Participate in the General Membership Program by:
    • a) Subscribing for at least 20 shares (CAD $1000/share, total CAD $20,000) and paying in full.
    • b) Paying a non-refundable registration fee of CAD $100.00 (or as determined by the BOD).

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms, including the imposition of sanctions for non-compliance.


Business Membership Conditions

The undersigned hereby offers to subscribe for the capital share as approved by the BOD of Tayyiban Co-Operative Ltd. set forth in this Subscription Agreement. By executing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to comply with the following obligations:

  1. Comply with the Articles of Incorporation, by-laws, policies, and directives of the Board, General Assembly, and authorized bodies. Failure to do so may result in:
    • a) Fine
    • b) Suspension
    • c) Expulsion
  2. Attend all required meetings, conferences, and seminars unless previously excused by the Board.
  3. Participate in the Business Membership Program by:
    • a) Subscribing for 20 to 100 shares (CAD $1000/share) and paying in full.
    • b) Paying a non-refundable registration fee of CAD $100.00 (or as determined by the BOD).

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms, including the imposition of sanctions for non-compliance.
